Feel right at home from the very first moment! On the first floor of this townhouse, you’ll find an open and bright living area with a fireplace (for pellets), a dining area, and a fully equipped, open kitchen. Lounging on the large sofa is definitely part of the vacation experience. The living area opens onto the south-facing terrace, allowing you to make the most of the sun. Nothing stands in the way of cozy barbecue evenings either. This small but charming vacation home features a bedroom equipped with a double bed. A bathroom with natural light includes a bathtub, washing machine, and toilet.



The unique location of the vacation home complex near Lake Chiemsee offers not only a quiet area close to the nature reserve but also many hiking trails starting right from the property. The Schraml and Schöllkopf beach areas (the latter allows dogs) on Lake Chiemsee are within easy walking distance.



A linen package is provided free of charge for your stay and includes all bed linens, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat, and one shower towel and one regular towel per person. A parking space is available near the house. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included.


This is a non-smoking property; pets are welcome—a fee of 15 euros per night per dog applies.
