The Borgo Antico holiday home is located in the mountain village of Vezzedo above Cremia in a quiet lane on the slopes of Monte Bregagno with a magnificent lake and mountain panorama. mountain panorama. The entrance to the house is on the mountain side. To the side, a path leads into the garden area with some garden and a cosy little stone terrace with lounge furniture.
On the upper floor of the house there is a balcony with a great lake view and a table and two chairs to relax and enjoy the view.
The village is nestled in Mediterranean forests overlooking Lake Como. The Via Regina, an old Roman road, connects Vezzedo with the neighbouring villages and is ideal for hiking or cycling.

The holiday home is located on the mountain side and has its entrance in a charming alley. On entering the house, you enter directly into the living area at the back. There is a spacious living room with a dining table, a sofa and a cosy fireplace.
From here, an offset staircase leads to the kitchen, which also has a dining table and a modern pellet stove. The pellet stove also heats the bedrooms.
Another staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located on the lake side. There is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the lake.
The bathroom on the upper floor has a washbasin, a shower tray, a WC and a bidet.
The holiday home is bright overall, the wooden furniture gives the holiday home a rustic Italian furniture atmosphere, as well as in all rooms with light-coloured tiled floors.

The holiday home offers a fascinating, relaxing base, ideal for hikers and mountain bikers.
Enjoy the charming Italian flair of the mountain village of Vezzeno and the natural surroundings.
In the cold season, the house can only be heated by fireplaces and wood-burning stoves on the ground floor and first floor.

There is a public car park at the end of the road about 300 m from the holiday home. From there, a path leads over a bridge to the mountain village of Vezzedo and on to the holiday home.

In San Vito there is a beautiful gently sloping pebble beach, which is perfect for swimming and surfing. The bay is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy the sun and clear water.
