Building 1 Elevator Replacement Notice

Schedule: September 9 – October 14

The Building 1 elevator will be temporarily out of service during a full replacement. Access to the condo remains easy—the stairwell is well-maintained, leads directly to our floor, and the exit is just a few steps from our front door

Escape to your own Coastal Retreat in the heart of Tavernier. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk bed that's perfect for kids or additional guests. The spacious living room includes a queen sofa bed, providing plenty of room for families and groups.

After a day of exploring the Florida Keys, unwind in the bright, inviting living space or refresh in one of two full bathrooms, each equipped with a walk-in shower and thoughtful essentials. Stay cool and comfortable with central air conditioning throughout your stay.

We are fortunate to share this unique setting surrounded by protected mangroves and natural conservation areas.

The community is home to a variety of native wildlife, including ospreys and other coastal birds.

For guests planning to use marina facilities, slip and trailer reservations must be arranged in advance directly with the Dockmaster.

**Please note:** Boat slips are not included with your reservation and must be reserved separately.

*Marina Information & Slip Rentals

The marina accommodates boats up to 28 feet in length.

Slip rentals at Ocean Pointe Suites Marina are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance.

All vessels are required to carry insurance with minimum coverage of:

* $300,000 liability

* $100,000 property damage

This coverage is required by the Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association, and proof of insurance must be provided at the time of reservation.
