Apartment 5 in the Seeblick building is modern and lovingly furnished. It features a separate sleeping area, a bright living area with an open kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It measures approximately 42 square meters. The comfortable living area, featuring a couch (which converts into a bed measuring 1.40 m x 1.90 m) + coffee table, an armchair, a floor lamp, and a dresser with a flat-screen TV offers you a cozy place to unwind after eventful days on the Mönchgut Peninsula. Adjacent to this is an open, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, induction cooktop, various small kitchen appliances, and a dining area. Right next door is the cozy bedroom, which is furnished with a wardrobe and a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). An additional flat-screen TV completes the room. The cozy, interior bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a sink area with a mirror. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel crib (without bedding but including a mattress) are available. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest and can have its own sleeping area for a fee. A private beach chair (April 1–October 31) is available for relaxing outdoors right on the Bodden. A bicycle storage area is available free of charge for you and all guests of the house for shared use. Your parking space is located just under 100 meters from the house and is included in your stay. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. Haus Seeblick features 9 different vacation apartments, each designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people. Some of the apartments have a balcony or terrace, and some offer a beautiful, unique view of the lake. Located directly on the picturesque Greifswald Bodden, this is the perfect vacation home for solo travelers, families, and couples. For active vacationers, an extensive network of hiking and biking trails stretches through the immediate vicinity of Mariendorf and Middelhagen. The well-known Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin, and Binz are easily accessible by bike or car in just a few minutes.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
