This cozy vacation home is located in a small, intimate vacation home community and sits along a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac (private road) accessible exclusively to residents.

The property offers approximately 60 square meters of living space on the first floor, featuring a welcoming living area and a dining area with a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, the children’s room with two single beds, and the bathroom with a toilet.

The house is equipped with gas central heating, an integrated hot water system, a satellite TV system, and patio furniture. Wi-Fi is also available
A special highlight is the cozy sunroom, which invites you to relax and enjoy long afternoons or evenings of play.

The vacation home is ideal for two adults or a family with one or two children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
