Exclusive and modern loft in the heart of Burg for 2 people. An exclusive and tastefully furnished one-room loft awaits you, perfect for 2 people and a toddler. <br>This modern loft, approximately 60 m² in size, is located on the top floor of a beautiful, historic building dating back to 1906. The property stands out in particular for its fantastic location in the center of Burg, the island’s capital on Fehmarn. <br><br>The open-concept living/dining/sleeping area, which extends all the way up to the roof, features a modern kitchenette and impresses with its spaciousness. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a stovetop (2 burners), an oven, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. <br>There is plenty of dishware and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc. Two dishwasher tabs are provided).<br><br>The small counter at the kitchenette is perfect for enjoying a cozy cup of coffee. The spacious dining table is perfect for enjoying delicious meals and fun game nights.<br><br>The tastefully furnished living area features a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV.<br>Furthermore, behind the living area is an exclusive box-spring bed for restful nights.<br><br>The modern bathroom with a shower is comfortably equipped. The bathroom also features a towel warmer and a hair dryer.<br>A roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. <br><br>With free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an espresso machine, and a radio integrated into the bathroom’s control panel, this loft leaves nothing to be desired in terms of technology.<br><br>A high chair and a travel crib for our little guests are also available. <br>Despite the city location, a free parking space is available right next to the house.<br>You can store your bicycles in the shed.<br><br><br>Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome here.<br><br><br>The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable.<br>We also regularly post updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you.<br><br>You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct follow-up bookings.<br><br>Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:<br>During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be followed by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.<br><br><br><br>Additional fees: Booking fee<br>For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply.
