Cozy vacation rental for up to 4 people right by the marina and South Beach! Newly renovated. A freshly renovated, modern, and cozy vacation apartment awaits you. <br>This approximately 35 m² vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building (elevator available) and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building is located at Stranddistelweg 6, just a few minutes’ walk from the magnificent South Beach and the beautiful marina.<br> The vacation rental features free Wi-Fi. It was completely renovated and furnished with new furniture in March 2024.<br>This lovely vacation rental features a combined living, sleeping, and dining area with a modern kitchenette, a cozy dining and living area with a couch, and a double bed (180x200 cm). The apartment also includes a separate bedroom furnished with two single beds. You can relax in the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet and a shower. <br><br>The bright kitchenette is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a stove (2 ceramic burners), refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. There is plenty of dishware and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.)<br><br>The living area is cozy and modern, furnished with a couch, coffee table, and a dining area. A flat-screen TV is also provided. The large window front lets plenty of light into the apartment and offers you a beautiful view.<br>All windows are equipped with screens.<br><br>The apartment also includes a designated parking space. <br>Please note: Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Please be aware that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies. <br><br>Thanks to the vacation rental’s excellent location, you’ll find plenty of recreational activities right nearby. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, go stand-up paddleboarding, jump on a trampoline, swim in the Baltic Sea, or—if the weather’s bad—visit the “Fehmahre” water park. The island’s capital, Burg, is just a few minutes away by bike. We’ll also keep you regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you as well.<br><br>You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct follow-up bookings.<br><br><br>Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:<br>During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must directly follow the previous one and be immediately preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.<br><br><br>Additional fees: Booking fee<br>For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged.
