This approximately 49 m² vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building (elevator available) and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building is located at Stranddistelweg 6, just a few minutes’ walk from the magnificent South Beach and the beautiful marina.

The lovely vacation apartment features a combined living, sleeping, and dining area with a modern kitchenette, a cozy dining and living area with a couch, and a double bed (160x200 cm). The apartment also features a separate bedroom furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a sofa bed. You can relax in the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet and a walk-in shower.

The bright kitchenette is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a stove (ceramic cooktop), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker.
There is plenty of dishware and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.)

The living area is cozy and modernly furnished with a couch, coffee table, and a dining area. There is also a flat-screen TV.
From the living area, you step out onto the balcony, which offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. You can enjoy lovely afternoons and magical evenings on this balcony. Balcony furniture is provided.

The apartment also includes a designated parking space. Four-legged family members are welcome!
The vacation rental offers free internet access (Wi-Fi).

Thanks to the vacation rental’s excellent location, you’ll find plenty of recreational activities right nearby. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, go stand-up paddleboarding, jump on a trampoline, swim in the Baltic Sea, or—if the weather’s bad—visit the “Fehmare” water park. The island’s capital, Burg, is just a few minutes away by bike.

We also regularly post updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. Detailed information on this can be found in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
