Charming vacation rental in a central location—perfect for a family vacation! This modern, 75 m² vacation rental is located on the left side of the upper floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 45a and spans two levels (upper floor + attic).

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
A sixth person, as well as an additional guest room, can be booked for an extra charge of 10€ per day each.

The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, one bedroom for two people, one bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors, as well as another bedroom for three people and a guest room for one person in the attic. The apartment offers free internet access (Wi-Fi) provided by a third-party provider.

The living room is comfortably furnished and features a flat-screen TV, stereo system, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler seasons.

A modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area is also available.

The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating.

A crib, a high chair, and a changing pad are available for the little ones.

From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which features patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill.

You also have access to your own private patio area in the garden. Each apartment has its own designated parking space.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be followed immediately by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery. You can reach Burgstaaken Harbor on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor.

At the fishing harbor, you’ll find many attractions for young and old alike, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few. If you’d like to experience firsthand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also available at the harbor.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand. Here you’ll find the FehMare water park, a white sandy beach with beach chairs, and a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.

From your vacation home, a roughly 15-minute walk along the pretty avenue with its old cobblestones will take you to the center of Burg. Here, you can enjoy a hearty meal and shop to your heart’s content.
