Charming vacation rental in a quiet location near the beach with a large garden! This vacation rental, measuring just over 50 m², is located on the right side of the first floor of the building at Grüner Weg 37a in a quiet neighborhood.

The bright and fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and 1 toddler in a travel crib.

Note: There is currently a construction site on the grounds of the former equestrian center at Reiterkoppel.

It features a spacious living area with a fully equipped, open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), and 1 bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer, and heated floors.

The cozy and tastefully furnished living room features a comfortable couch, a wicker chair, a flat-screen TV, and a radio.

A collection of games and a book about Fehmarn are available.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the children’s room has a sturdy bunk bed with a lower sleeping surface measuring 140x200 cm and an upper one measuring 90x200 cm.

Both bedrooms can be darkened with exterior roller shades.

A travel crib with a mattress and mattress protector, as well as a high chair, are provided.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a small freezer compartment), a ceramic cooktop with a range hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.).

The dining table seats 4 adults and one toddler (high chair).

The shower room is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensure a cozy, warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink.

One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.

In addition, a washing machine (free of charge), an ironing board, and an iron are available for your use. The apartment features free Wi-Fi provided by a third-party provider.

From the living room, you step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace with its own garden. Here, patio furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair offer you the chance to spend relaxing hours.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental.

The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to back-to-back bookings.

Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that falls within the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. This modern vacation rental with a beautiful garden is located in a central yet quiet area.

You can reach Burgstaaken Harbor on foot in about 10 minutes, passing by typical lakeside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor.

At the fishing harbor, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few.

If you’d like to experience firsthand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also offered at the harbor.
