Porch Home, 12 Minutes to The Battery

Your morning starts on the covered front porch with a coffee, and breakfast at J Christopher's is a 9-minute walk away.

The Battery Atlanta is a 12-minute drive and Truist Park 13 minutes, so a Braves game is an easy night out. Legacy Golf Links is 4 minutes by car and Fox Creek Golf Course an 8-minute walk. Monterrey Mexican Restaurant and Pizza Hut are 6 minutes on foot, Your Pie 8, and Pho 24 9.

Inside, four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep eight. The primary suite has a king adjustable bed and a bathroom with a double-head shower and a separate soaking tub. Two bedrooms have a queen bed, and the fourth has two twin beds.

The open living and dining area wraps around a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large center island, and a dedicated home office plus an upstairs loft give everyone a second place to be. Evenings move to the covered back porch over the fenced backyard.

Practical details: garage and driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.

We follow a thorough cleaning process after every stay and adhere to enhanced cleaning standards.

TVs: Please note that we do not offer cable service. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming subscriptions during their stay.

After booking, you will receive a link from our third-party provider, Truvi, to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
