Bathed in natural light thanks to large windows, this floating holiday home offers a private terrace with swim ladder for easy access after a refreshing swim. Air conditioning ensures a perfect temperature all year round. Fresh rolls bake in the small oven. Due to the watery environment, a swimming certificate is recommended for children. As a water and sun lover, this place is perfect!
The houseboat is located in a watery environment on the Mookerplas in the border area with Germany. The marina is home to a number of restaurants and you walk straight to the sandy beach where there are also play facilities for children.
The surroundings are great for beautiful walks and cycling trips. A short distance away is also Landgoed Mookerheide.

In the slightly wider surroundings, there are plenty of opportunities for trips, such as visiting various cities in both the Netherlands and Germany or visiting an amusement park, playground or zoo
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
