This beautiful houseboat is located in a wooded area on the edge of the Mookerheide, overlooking the serene Mookerplas. Whether it is summer or winter, spending a holiday in this unique accommodation feels like a luxurious escape. The houseboat offers all the comforts of a fully furnished holiday home and combines these with the special experience of staying on the water.

From the terrace, complete with swimming ladder, you can jump straight into the clear water of the Mookerplas to swim or simply enjoy the breathtaking view.

The houseboat also has a spacious roof terrace, accessible via an outside staircase. The roof terrace is furnished with comfortable sofas, artificial grass and a parasol, ideal for enjoying the panoramic view in peace.

Accommodation
The houseboat is designed for comfort and style. In the living room you will find a cozy sofa and a dining table, with a beautiful view thanks to the large windows. From the living room you can step onto the terrace, where you can sit on comfortable sofas with a table by the water. The Houseboat has the same amenities as a boat, but you are not allowed to sail it and it remains in the same place during your stay.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed (160x200cm) and another with a bunk bed (80x200cm). Both bedrooms have comfortable duvets and pillows. For larger groups, the sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping places.

The bathroom is modern and complete, with a toilet, sink, hairdryer, electric heating and a shower cabin with sliding glass walls. The fully insulated houseboat has air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi, and is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

From April to November you can use a washing machine and dryer in the adjacent Jachthaven Driesen for a small fee. In addition, there is space next to the houseboat to moor your own boat (maximum 2.5 x 5 meters). You can park your car in a nearby parking lot, about a 5-minute walk away. Luggage carts are available in the marina.

Surroundings
The area around Marina Mookerplas offers activities and relaxation all year round. You have your own 'private lake' on your doorstep, where you can swim, fish (without a fishing permit) and do water sports. Rent a kayak, SUP or luxury sloop and discover the Mookerplas. For the sporty guests it is also possible to rent an E-chopper and follow an adventurous route through the region.

Walking and nature lovers will love the nearby Mookerheide and the border with Germany. In addition, the bustling city of Nijmegen is a short distance away, perfect for a day out. In the area you will also find numerous cozy restaurants and interesting sights.
