From the waterside terrace, equipped with a swimming ladder, you can step directly into the Mookerplas for a refreshing swim or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The houseboat also features a spacious rooftop terrace, accessible via an outdoor staircase. With comfortable seating, artificial grass and a parasol, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the water and nature.
 

AccommodationThe houseboat is designed for comfort and style and is fully insulated, making it ideal for a stay in winter as well. The bright living room with large windows offers beautiful views over the water and direct access to the terrace. The houseboat has all the comforts of a boat, but remains in a fixed location during your stay. Suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a double box spring bed and one with a bunk bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The houseboat also features air conditioning, heating and free WiFi. Extra facilities: access to a washing machine and dryer (April–November), space to moor your own boat, and parking within walking distance. Luggage carts are available at the marina.
 

Surroundings & ActivitiesThe Mookerplas is perfect for lovers of water and nature. You can swim, fish (no fishing license required) and enjoy various water sports. Rent a luxury sloop, lounge boat, kayak or SUP and explore the area from the water.
On land, there is plenty to discover. Explore the region with an E-chopper or enjoy walking in the Mookerheide nature area. The location near the German border and the city of Nijmegen makes it ideal for both relaxation and day trips. You will also find several restaurants and attractions nearby.

For extra relaxation during your stay, you can also rent our shared sauna at Marina Mookerplas. The sauna can be privately reserved per time slot, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful wellness moment after an active day.
