The vacation apartment has a living area of 41 m² and is located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor; from there, you’ll need to climb one flight of stairs (8 steps).

The light-filled living room, featuring a sofa, TV, and dining table, has an open layout that harmoniously connects the living area with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a refrigerator, a 2-burner stove, and a microwave, you’ll also find practical appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils.

The sleeping area, which was refurnished in 2025, is located on the open loft, accessible via a staircase from the living area.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The parking space is located directly below the property. The short (approx. 200 m), steep climb to the house is rewarded with a breathtaking view of the mountains. You can drive right up to the entrance to load and unload. For your comfort, the house features an indoor pool, as well as a shared washing machine and a bicycle storage room.

The vacation rental’s location offers ideal conditions for a varied stay: A supermarket is just about 300 meters away, and the nearest restaurant is about 650 meters away. Public transportation is only 140 meters away, and the train station is 800 meters away. The historic center of Berchtesgaden is 2 km away, and the picturesque Königssee is about 4 km away. The region offers numerous recreational activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, and mountaineering. But there’s plenty to do in winter, too—ski touring, cross-country skiing, sledding, and horse-drawn carriage rides are just a few examples. For those interested in culture, a trip to the festival city of Salzburg is well worth it. Salzburg is about 30 km away and is easily accessible by bus or car.
