This modern semi-detached home can accommodate up to 4 people and a dog! Step right into Haus Buttje! From the entryway, you’ll enter the spacious living/dining area. Relax in the living area with a cozy sofa set, a recliner, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. From here, you can look out into the garden through the patio door. The bright dining area by the window is perfect for social evenings or shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave. The first floor also features a bright guest restroom and a storage room with a washer and dryer. On the first floor is the bright bathroom with a shower and toilet. Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Exterior roller shades are provided. As the icing on the cake, the house offers an additional room in the attic with a TV and couch, perfect for relaxing. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the dike landscape. The furnished patio is perfect for relaxing and getting some fresh air. Wi-Fi is available. A parking space is located in front of the house. Your dog is welcome! The garden is fenced in (partly with hedges and shrubs).<br><br>SPECIAL FEATURES<br>Haus Buttje is a modern vacation home. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the town center.
