The Marie vacation home is located in the village of Groothusen. The property is situated on a quiet side street in the village center. Come on in! The living room is cozy and furnished with a leather sofa set. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The decorative fireplace invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. A flat-screen TV is provided. A bedroom with a double bed is also located on the first floor. Straight ahead is the rustic kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with: a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Meals can be served at the large dining table. A small hallway leads to the bathroom, which was completely renovated in the spring of 2023 and features, among other things, a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two more large bedrooms, each with two single beds. This is ideal for children. There is also a crib here. Behind the house, you can enjoy the sunshine and the North Sea air on the terrace. Parking is also available! Your dog is welcome! Wi-Fi is available.

The Marie vacation home has a size of 120 square meters. It is located in the village of Groothusen, 8 km from Greetsiel and 2 km from Pewsum. Suitable for families of up to 6 people + a toddler + a dog.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We kindly ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
