Whenever you need a break from the kitchen, you'll have plenty of great restaurants nearby. Check out Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill, and Rockefellers Raw Bar to sample some delicious local fare. Plan a day trip to visit the Myrtle Beach Pier area and be sure to check out Family Kingdom Amusement Park while you're there. Here for the surfing? Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Perfect condo for our family of 3. Very clean. Spacious bathroom. Nice ocean front condo. The only real downside was the literal 10 digit key code that was given. After inquiring with vacasa, we were told it was standard. Somehow we were able to remember it but definitely was crazy to have a code THAT long haha Coffee is drip/pot, not kcups, which is fine, just had to hit the grocery store for ground coffee. Pools were nice, lots to choose from. Our son loved the pools/ lazy river best. We definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

Great location and for the most part great condo. The appliances and small appliances in the kitchen could use an update to match the remodeled feel of the kitchen. The coffee maker was very worn and rusty on the bottom. Love having a private washer/dryer and that the balcony included 4 chairs and two mini tables so my family of four could enjoy the balcony al together. Would stay in the unit again!

Vacation review

Loved the oceanfront view, very beautiful! Unit was clean but could have been a little cleaner, furniture was ok, some very worn out. We had a hard time with the tv as no information was left on how to use it and the stove was awful in the kitchen, two burners did not work and the kitchen sink never had hot water, also it could have used more cooking pans and skillets.

Great beach trip

This was a great spot for a quick weekend at the beach. We had a balcony overlooking the water we spent all of our time on when we were "indoors". It was a beautiful, perfect view of the water and outside the the front door of our room we watched the sunset. The hotel is right on the beach so it was quick and easy access to the beach. Check in was easy and pretty quick and vacasa does a great job of communicating everything you need to know. It was also very clean, our room and the hotel building. There are pools and hot tubs and all types of waterways that are great for families with kids. They also have restaurants right on the property for easy convenient meals. We had a great time here and was just what we were looking for.

Nice last minute stay in 1220

This was during the weekend of October the 9th, so there were still a good bit of people but less than during the summer. The view was fabulous. Direct ocean front is always nice. Everything was as it should be. The pillows are not the most comfortable. It was convenient being close to the ice machine and the elevator. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Didn't have any problems except being given the wrong door keypad code at the front desk during check-in.

Great Spring Break Trip

Myself and 4 kids (ages 10-17) had a great visit here for 4 nights over spring break. Unit was clean, spacious, and as described. I was concerned about the stove based on another review, but all burners worked great. I did bring a large pan and I am glad I did. The view from the balcony and accessibility to the beach and pools are unbeatable! All staff at Bay Watch were friendly and helpful. We had one mechanical issue that was fixed quickly and efficiently. The outdoor pools were great, the indoor pool areas were just okay, but we did not go for indoor pools- we went for the beach! Overall a great place to stay and I would stay again!

Left clothes. Never got a call back

I had left some clothes in the washing machine in room 1220. We had left Friday night instead of Saturday morning on July 16. I called on July 16 at 1100 am and advised house keeping of my situation. It is now 746 pm and I'm still waiting for my call back.
