This welcoming, large 1200 Sq ft. newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in the quaint Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach is just 1 block from the beach and features 2 private balconies with spectacular views.

This newly renovated, large 3rd floor 2BR, 2BA walk-up condo features a warm décor including a new, nicely appointed living room and a 70”Smart HDTV, new washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, and new wall mounted smart TV in both bedrooms. The master has a queen been bed, private bathroom and direct access to a deck. The second bedroom has 2 twins and also has direct bathroom access. The back deck overlooks the marsh and has an ocean view. The front deck has a Cherry Grove and also has an ocean view. The new renovation includes a new stove, ceiling fans, TV’s, living room furniture and water fixtures. It is just 1 block to the beach and a great quiet place for your vacation or quick get-away! Garage is under the building and has a 6’8” clearance. No golf carts, motorcycles permitted on grounds per HOA.

Quiet location

The condo overlooks the marsh and is very quiet. The beach access is conveniently located at the end of the street. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. My only suggestion would be for the wash clothes to be replaced as they were very worn and stained. Overall this was a very nice condo and I would stay again.

Stay was amazing for a family. Lock on door could be a little bit easier as we had to try multiple times sometimes but other than that it was a great stay.

Doesn’t get much better! 100 yards away from the best part of the beach, the accommodation is clean & very comfy and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Close to the beach

Great, quiet neighborhood and just a block from a beautiful beach. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Exactly what we were expecting. Condo has most of what you would need for a comfortable vacation. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Weekend getaway

We had an amazing weekend at our favorite beach. It was our second time staying here and it is a great location and just a short walk to the beach. Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to communicate with. Hope to come back again!

Nice unit

Our stay was perfectly fine, we had a little trouble getting into the unit, but the owner was super responsive and helped us out. There are a lot of stairs, not a knock, just something to be aware of.

Our check in was not the best, but the owners made sure to take care of that for us, even gave personal cell number for anything we needed. The place was really clean and in a great location. Would stay again!!!

Nice condo

Condo was comfortable, clean, and modern. The complex was quiet, but this was probably due to it being the week after Labor Day. Everything was in good working order. Condo was well stocked with things like paper towels, napkins, trash bags, and toilet paper. Beach access is about a three minute walk. The location—Cherry Grove—is quiet, with very few retail outlets. We had no problems.

The condo is in a great location of Cherry Grove, and you are just a block away from the ocean. The property is quiet, and working with the host was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fun Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying here on a little weekend trip. The owner was very responsive to messages and the check In/out process was so easy. The house was great and neighbors were quiet. Especially loved how quick the walk to the beach was. Hope to come back sometime.

Weekend Getaway

Check in for us was not a great experience, however the situation was resolved. The condo was cozy and clean with lots of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Wonderful retreat

We loved our stay! The condo was very homey and well-stocked, even some spices in the kitchen! Beds were comfortable and details like shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in both bathrooms made things easy. This is our third time in cherry Grove, and we loved being this far north, it was great to explore the beach near the mouth of the inlet each day. The owners for this property clearly take care, and they were also very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful time.

Wohnung und Lage sind super! Empfehlung!

Absolut eine Empfehlung! Einziges Problem ist dass die Beschreibung zur Wohnung nicht vollständig gewesen ist (offensichtlich von FeWo-direkt bei der Veröffentlichung wohl verschluckt!). Sind um 2 Uhr morgens angekommen um festzustellen dass die Hausnummer fehlte. Zum Glück hatte der Vermieter einen Link von Airbnb für meinen Cousin auch gesendet, wo alle Details inklusive Wohnungsnummer gesende. Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und kommunikativ.

Fall Beach Getaway

Very nice property just a short walk to the nicest section of North Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove). Have decks and outdoor chairs on both ends of the unit. . . . can sit out on back deck in the morning and enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. . . Or you can sit on the front deck in the afternoon and enjoy the sun. Very well stocked unit. Had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper, everything you need. Love the big screen TV in the living area with easy access to streaming services. Thanks for the goody bag for new arrivals ! Would recommend to friends !
