The Space:

Open the sliding glass doors wide each morning and welcome amazing views across the fairway from your private balcony overlooking the ninth hole of the World Tour Golf Course. Opt for an early tee time yourself or sip coffee and watch the golfers go by, then step inside your modern, second-floor condo to make some breakfast when hunger strikes.





The airy layout combines the spacious living room, dining area, and full, open kitchen, where the group chef will have everything they need to whip up favorite recipes. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher, then head out to explore. Downtown Myrtle Beach’s shops, restaurants, attractions, and amenities are around six miles away, or opt to stay close to home and spend the day enjoying the community pool and workout facility, right across from the condo.





In the evening, relax with a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. An in-home washer/dryer and central AC add another layer of vacation comfort. Two well-appointed bedrooms offer serene sanctuary when you get sleepy, but not before one last nighttime visit to the balcony for a toast to your good luck at booking such an idyllic retreat.

Property was beautiful, safe and in a great location. Because it’s in a golf community , be sure to ask for the name of the building you are in as well as the unit number. Otherwise a GREAT find and value !!

Enjoyed our weekend!

Just as pictured! I will add the view from the balcony was a great place to begin the morning and end the evening. Beds are comfy, as well as the living room area. We would stay here again.

Very nice condo excellent area close to the beach very accessible with great access to secondary roads I don't play golf but the golf courses were huge and the swimming pools were nice

From the DMV to Myrtle Beach

The location was exceptional, community friendly and our stay at our home was super comfortable and home like. Owner was attentive, replied on time and overall welcoming with our stay. We would recommend to anyone and come back again. Everything is near by and even better when with family knowing there is a pool literally next door. Thank you

Beautiful quiet property not far from the beach

We were in SC for college tours and wanted to be close to Conway and Myrtle Beach. This property was the perfect location and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The unit was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. We would definitely stay again.

Birthday weekend

The pictures dont give this place justice. This place is so beautiful. Great view of the golf course and the pool and gym are right across the street. This is my second time but different condo. Will be booking again.

Pool was directly out front of the property. AC works great. Kitchen needs more forks. Only 4 were in the drawer. Everything else was great

College visit

It’s within close proximity to Coastal Carolina which was great! When we first walked in we were overcome with cleaning fumes. We had to air it out. (At least it was clean though.) The neighbors were smoking pot which wafting into our space and was very unpleasant. Overall the place itself was nice.

Bad pick

Bad odor had to fabreeze the hole condo ofor keep coming back. Found condo next door where cannabis users make our unit stink.also master bath toilet fflapper stuck everytime

Our local manager assured us that this is not the norm for this property and all of our properties are smoke-free. Additionally, we're sorry the toilet flapper was sticking and maintenance has been dispatched to fix it. Property needs Major Improvements/Upgrades

Overall, the 10-day stay was adequate. I would recommend the following be addressed to improve this property: *Cleaning was not 100%. My spouse had to re-clean the dresser drawers from built up dust. Also, the sinks or tubs were not wiped clean. *The tub drain was blocked with hair and was removed. *Hangers in the closet are single wire and are not suitable for dresses or pants. *The pots and pans supplied by owner were very poor! They were scratched up and food was ruined when used to cook. Also, no tongs or most other basic kitchen utensils. *The furnishings were made of leather. More comfortable cloth or better coverings would be appropriate for someone not to stick and sweat on leather furnishings. *No desk for computer work *No instructions available for operating TV or using the facilities available i.e., the fitness room *Fitness room had only treadmills, stepper, and bike...no weights, mats or any strength systems
