The pool and hot tubs all worked and were cleaned. The view of the ocean is blocked by new hotel construction, unfortunately.

Excellent property and amenities

Had a 2 night getaway with my family and had a great time. Kids enjoyed the lazy river and pool. The beachfront cafe had great food and drinks and very friendly staff. Would definitely book again.

Check in was difficult, did not like having to drive 15min away to get condo keys, then go to lobby for parking card. Also, the clearance for parking is 7' so if you have a cargo topper on your vehicle, you have to take it off. Very inconvenient. There was over flow parking 20 blocks away, heck no. Then as we enter condo everything is fine until you take off your footwear. Floors were dirty, my kids feet were black. The kitchen has an oven, yet no sheet pan/s or oven mitts to get out the hot food . The stove pans were badly scratched, so dont plan on using those. I understand not every meal is being cooked, but the basic should be in good condition. The pool on level P was always nasty with bugs/leaves, but the lazy river and hot tubs were great! Host should remove mold around tub in the bathroom. Host should also invest in a vacuum because the cheap broom wouldn't pick up all the sand/very small particles. Also, the construction across the street was loud and woke us every morning at 7am banging on steel and didnt quit till around 7ish pm. Will not be back

This property is amazing but I take great issue with the host Vacasa. The space itself was wonderful and the views of the ocean and proximity to the beach were all as advertised except for the construction going on across the street next to Tower 1. The pools and hot tubs were numerous and very well maintained with crystal clear water. It is unfortunate that Vacasa not only failed to apprise us of this situation but were totally indifferent when we expressed concerns especially since we were travelling with a toddler. The view outside our window was obscured by a giant crane with street and sidewalk access being a bit chaotic (sidewalks were protected) with trucks, workers and noise(beginning early in the morning)often interfering with access. However, the resort staff did a fantastic job of minimizing the chaos and providing friendly interactions to bring ease and comfort. Our issue with Vacasa is with communication of the construction. We were totally blindsided upon arrival. We had to pick up keys and return them 6.5 miles away as well. We also were led to believe that parking for two vehicles was going to be an issue that was stressful (finding out just days before our arrival). Not sure if it was just off season so more parking was available or if Vacasa would have to pay for an extra parking space but were pleasantly surprised when we were issued two parking passes without question. Vacasa has taken no responsibility for any of the lack of communication.

Conflicting info with VRBO

Not ocean front as stated in the title and description of the VRBO app where I booked through. VACASA admitted this but said I should have went to their website to also read description. Why would I do that if I booked through VRBO. It’s their job to make sure the description matches correctly. Two buildings, a street of busy cars, and parking deck between you and the beach. You can see it in the distance. I messaged prior to the vacation to make sure it was ocean front and they confirmed it was. We would have never stayed here if we knew this was an ocean view property. Spent majority of my vacation arguing with the staff at VASCA. They took no accountability. Master balcony door was broken. Condo had dust bunnies but over all clean. Will never book through Vacasa again and will warn everyone I can not to.
