The property was amazing! Between the location, comfortable beds, beautiful interior, ocean views and space, the whole experience was perfect! We will definitely come back! To be fully transparent, the only thing that we "complained" about was the steps (on the 2nd floor and had 4 flights) but if you rent a house at the beach, you're going to have steps to enter it. Just be aware of this feature before renting as there isn't an elevator. Overall, the steps are not too bad and you get used to them. There is a new management company and they were phenomenal to work with!! Quick responses and not auto generated. It was a real human responding. Such a wonderful trip!

Just like the pictures but better in person! End unit up 2 flights of stairs. Great view of the oven from the balcony, very clean! Would stay here again. Tip for the front door, turn to the right to open, turn to the left to lock.

The room was very nice and clean. The view was beautiful. The check in process was very smooth. I had a question prior to arrival. The management team was very prompt and responsive. We completely enjoyed our trip. We will definitely book with them again.

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was perfect! The only negative is the small amount of counter /cabinet space in the bathroom other than that it was fantastic. Stocked with everything you need, clean and customer service was on point!! Looking forward to our next stay at Summer Place!

Week Getaway in June

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. While the building is a bit older, this unit was refurbished and updated very well. We spent most of our time on the beach or the balcony.

Great Getaway

Fantastic condo! Not super spacious bathroom sink and cabinet space but other than that super cute, clean and modern style!! Absolutely LOVED our stay and will for sure be booking again in the future. Definitely has everything you need and then some. Ocean view is amazing and it’s nice and quiet.

This place absolutely makes a perfect vacation!

Upon arrival, we were completely delighted at how clean this condo was! The ocean view was perfect from the balcony. This place looks like a page out of a designer home edition. So much thought went into making it the perfect place to stay! Not a single complaint!

Very Lovely Accommodations🏖

Was exactly what we wanted for a quick weekend getaway...Once we figured out the wifi situation, no problems at all. Great option for a longer stay next time! TYSM for the hospitality!

Great ocean view, small balcony. Vacasa's customer service is essentially non-existent so pray for no issues. We had no access to TV the first day. And unfortunately I left a piece of jewelry there when we left. Vacasa again couldn't be contacted. Vacasa does not respond to messages and I hung up after being on hold for 21 minutes. Look at other hosts.

Nice Decor Noisy Neighbors Incorrect Options

The condo itself is very nice and contemporary. But I would not be staying again. Prior to traveling at least a week out, my wife reached out about the oven the description stated it had an oven but my wife did not see one in the pictures. Normally this would not be an issue but this was Thanksgiving and we were cooking for our son who lives in the area. The person at VACASA told my wife that indeed there was an oven on sight. Once we arrived we did not see an oven and reached out. They said they would be happy to bring us a table top oven. This would not have been sufficient to prepare the meal. We declined and had to adjust our plans. The next issue was the noise upstairs. There was a kid that was running around in the condo above and was extremely loud. Again I understand that the owner has no control but it was quite annoying. The other issue I had with VACASA Is receiving mixed information. I texted them the night before check out about what I had to do for checkout. I had not received any information at this point. They told me to leave the sheets on the bed and then emailed the next morning saying I should strip them down. If you want a beautiful place this is it but VACASA had many missteps.
