Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the first floor and features a front yard with a view of our beautiful mountain scenery. The vacation apartment is fully equipped: a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine (capsules available on-site), electric kettle, and a cozy dining area. The living-bedroom area is furnished with locally sourced reclaimed wood; the fold-out bed provides a full-size double bed, and there’s cable TV. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, mirror, and sink. There’s also a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as an entryway with a mirror.



Finally, vacation time—enjoy your precious days in a quiet location with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.


Our apartments and the wellness area are comfortable and furnished with attention to detail.


In both summer and winter, you can enjoy many activities right from the house. In summer, the sunbathing lawn invites you to spend a relaxing day with a barbecue in the evening. The playground, featuring a spacious play area, a trampoline, a playhouse, and more, offers plenty of room for fun and games. Free ski storage is available at the valley station of the Hochzeiger Mountain Railway. After a day on the slopes, you can truly unwind in our wellness area with a sauna session. Buses throughout the Pitztal Valley are free for you in both summer and winter.
