The two bedrooms, the living room with a sleeper sofa, the dining room with an adjoining relaxation area, and the small, cozy bathroom are all equipped to a high standard: There are two flat-screen TVs in the living and dining rooms, a covered 70-square-meter outdoor seating area with furniture, and a walk-in closet.<br>In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find an induction cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, and a drip coffee maker, as well as a freestanding refrigerator and freezer.<br><br><br>Apartment TWO:<br><br>Our small, cozy Apartment TWO (45 square meters/3 rooms) is located in Offenburg/Zell-Weierbach and can accommodate up to 4 people. <br>The bedroom with a double bed, the living room with a sleeper sofa, and the dining room are furnished in a Scandinavian style. The apartment and bathroom are equipped with high-quality amenities: there are two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and a south-facing balcony with seating for up to four people.<br>In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.<br><br><br>Apartment THREE:<br><br>The open-concept living area (“loft-style”) accommodates up to 4 people and includes an entryway with a relaxation corner and a wingback chair, a living and dining area, and a kitchen with a freestanding kitchen island. <br><br>The bedroom (separate room) with a double bed has direct access to the courtyard, where the outdoor seating area is located. The walk-in closet, the clean lines of the bathroom, and two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom blend seamlessly into the overall design. Vacation Apartment THREE is located at street level.<br><br><br>Apartment FOUR:<br><br>Well-organized and clearly laid out across 64 square meters of living space: a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a modern kitchen with a dining area in the center of the apartment provide space for two to four people. With cozy sloped ceilings, a bedroom featuring a box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV, an open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, a lounge area, an industrial-style bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living room with an integrated dining area, it invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay.<br><br>In all five apartments, the beds are freshly made, and we’ve laid out hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels for you.
