The apartment’s location is ideal: it’s situated on the edge of the Black Forest in the beautiful wine-growing village of Rammersweier on the Baden Wine Route. The vineyards are just a few minutes’ walk away, and from there, a wide network of hiking trails and Nordic walking routes extends throughout the area. The attractive Offenburg Bike Park is also just a few minutes away.
The Offenburg ICE train station and the DAV climbing gym are only 2 km away. The Offenburg city center is about 4 km away, Durbach 5 km, Ortenberg 6 km, and Gengenbach 13 km. Strasbourg, Baden-Baden, and Europapark are also about 30 minutes away by car.
The town of Rammersweier is part of the Ortenau wine-growing region, and there are many wineries nearby. The Rammersweier Winegrowers’ Cooperative is within easy walking distance. The region has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine, and Alsace and the Vosges Mountains are also worth a day trip.
