Beautiful, Tranquil La Quinta casa con piscina / Vistas

Venga y hospédese en esta hermosa y nueva casa escondida en la parte baja de Yucatán, La Quinta. Ubicada en un vecindario muy tranquilo y privado, esta encantadora casa de estilo Tommy Bahama se encuentra frente a las montañas de Santa Rosa, que están a poca distancia y justo al lado del sendero para bicicletas que recorre toda la cala. El nuevo centro de La Quinta, con sus numerosos restaurantes y tiendas, se encuentra a poca distancia. PGA West y el campo de golf Mountain están cerca, así como el mundialmente famoso La Quinta Resort Hotel and Spa.

Esta casa tiene pisos de travertino y una cocina muy grande con granito negro y una isla central, así como un bar. La sala de estar con un gran sofá en forma de 'L' y un televisor de pantalla PLASMA se abre a la zona de la piscina / spa que da a las hermosas montañas de Santa Rosa. Tanto a nosotros como a nuestros huéspedes les gusta descansar junto a la piscina y la barbacoa, disfrutar de la vista del desierto durante el día y observar el cielo lleno de estrellas durante la noche.

El dormitorio principal tiene una hermosa cama king size con armario y reproductor de plasma / dvd. El baño principal tiene una ducha de vapor y una bañera de hidromasaje, así como un gran vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales en el tema de Tommy Bahama (palmeras) y un gran armario. Y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen (con TV) con un gran armario y se abre a un patio trasero junto con el dormitorio King.

El cuarto dormitorio posible se usa principalmente como sala de televisión, pero tiene puertas de bolsillo y un sofá cama Queen que también puede acomodar misiones. También disponemos de cuatro bicicletas para su disfrute. Nos encanta nuestra casa en La Quinta y esperamos tener el placer de atenderle.

Palm paradise

Love this location, house and landlord. Perfect on all fronts for us and our visitors. We spend three happy months and look forward to doing the same in the future. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, great pool and hot tub and very responsive to any requests. Very happy

Great Location

We enjoyed Ursula's home with it's great location to Old Town LaQuinta, hiking and bike trails. Very easy walk to town. She is very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Great property...nice quiet location

Communication with the property owner was excellent. Location is really nice and quiet. The mountains across the street are really cool. The pool and spa was very nice. House was in great shape and met our needs perfectly.

Perfect getaway!

My first time using a vrbo was a fantastic experience! Ursula was an amazing host and so helpful and welcoming! The house is beautiful and has everything you need while the pool was a perfect way to relax and cool down in the heat. Look forward to visiting again!

Great house for family get-away

This house was perfect for our family get-away. House had plenty of towels and kitchenware. Pool was perfect especially since it was 120 degrees outside. Ursula was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions. Would definitely stay again!

Private, quiet, tranquil, accessible and heat mountain views!

Had a great stay. The space was set up perfectly for us. Private bedrooms and baths. Super clean. Huge kitchen with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfect to stay cool! Easy to get everywhere. Accessing the house was a breeze and we would definitely stay again!

Fantastic getaway in the Desert

This house was perfect for our long weekend. Two couples stayed very comfortably here. The 4 bikes were so nice to have to be able to bike to Fritz Burns Park for pickleball and Tennis Old La Quinta was 5 minutes away(10 on the bikes) We will be trying to get this again next year. Ursula went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect.

Sunny and welcoming

This was our third year in a row escaping winter. The second at this location. Will be back for a third! The house is sunny and has all the required amenities and the neighbourhood is fabulous if you like to be active. Full praise for Ursula who always makes us welcome and feel at home. We’ve been very happy here.

Relaxing stay in La Quinta Cove

The home is beautiful - located in La Quinta Cove, a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There was a nearby walking path where took a long walk every morning with our dog. The home had 3 well appointed bedrooms, but since it was just the 2 of us, we only used the master bedroom which was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare meals, but what I appreciated was that there were excellent restaurants nearby to bring in dinner so I didn’t have to cook! The jacuzzi and pool are in the front yard which at first I thought would be a negative but it wasn’t. The front yard has a wall around it so it was completely private. We would definitely rent here again.

Can't wait to go back!

We all absolutely loved this home. The location is outstanding - nestled in a quiet neighborhood abutting a mountain yet not too far from restaurants and activities - including hot springs and national parks. We LOVED the hot tub - spent a fair amount of time just hanging out in there. the home has such thoughtful touches as a pool/hot tub timer light, fantastic - sturdy - outdoor table and grill connected to natural gas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. We only used the steam shower a couple of times - as we spent so much time outside - but it was wonderful when we did! we enjoyed our stay so much - by dinner of the first night - we felt we had moved into a new home and were having family and friends over for dinner. we will absolutely go back top Ursula's home!

great location, great house

This house is ideally placed if you're interested in hiking -- you can walk out the front door, cross the street, and you're in the mountains. (Or, drive 3 minutes to the end of the "Cove" where there are more and longer trails). It's also a great location for restaurants --since the house is at the end of the "Cove" closest to old town La Quinta, you are a 2 minute drive from a diverse selection of great restaurants. The house itself is beautiful, relaxed and luxurious without being over-the-top. It's well-maintained and scrupulously cleaned, with some great touches such as the steam shower in the master bath shower, and the well-maintained bikes. The pool/spa combo (although small) provided a beautiful getaway for swimming under the stars, even on a chilly mid-winter night. The kitchen is fabulous, very roomy and extremely well equipped for a VRBO house....it had everything you could want or need, in easy-to-find spots. The owner was also prompt & solicitous with touching-base by text, which is helpful if you have a worry about something. If you want a huge piece of property with a big yard to sprawl in, this isn't for you. But for a family or group of 4 to 6 that wants a great place to relax and feel a bit pampered, this is the place. We've rented numerous VRBOs all over the US and this was definitely among the best.

Wonderful house in La Quinta Cove

The Cove is our favorite place to stay in the Palm Springs area and we have rented here for years. This is our favorite house ever! The location is fabulous with great views of the mountains with no utility poles and spectacular view of the lights at night. Everything you need has been included. The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the house is perfect. The pool and spa were used daily and especially appreciated when the grandkids were there. Ursula was a wonderful host and quick to respond to all our needs. We couldn’t have been happier and will definitely be back. If you ever get the chance to rent this house- DO!

Love it in La Quinta

The house was better than we expected. It was very clean and we had all the amenities that we needed. The master bed was very comfortable. We grilled out several nights and used the hot tub often. We used the steam shower and jacuzzi tub. The location of the house was perfect since we were close to the park, hiking trails and pickleball courts. The bikes were a huge bonus to use. We loved being close to LaQuinta village near all the restaurants. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

A relaxing getaway

My husband and I had such a lovely time here. It was our first trip away since the pandemic, and Ursula's home was the ideal spot. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for two people (though 4-6 people could stay here comfortably). We've been to the Palm Springs/La Quinta area many times before, and this mountain view was the best we've had. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with any and all cookware you can imagine, which was great since we made most of our meals at home. The bikes were also an added bonus and the weather was perfect for riding into Old Town La Quinta. Ursula was also great to work with - very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. We definitely plan on staying here again soon!

Amazing mini vacation!

Relaxing in La Quinta

We had a GREAT experience staying here from beginning to end. The booking was easy and Ursula was very quick at answering all our questions. The house was in an amazing location with perfect views of the surrounding mountains . The house itself had everything we thought it would be from the pictures and descriptions. We layed out by the pool everyday and had a great time unwinding from our busy jobs. It was the perfect weekend getaway and we are already planning our next trip back to this house. We didn’t have any problems except for not staying longer haha. Thank you Ursula for everything and we will be in touch very soon. Oliver & Ronna

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a carefree family weekend in the desert. The house had everything we needed and more... It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the French doors and their open access to the pool area with mountain views. It was convenient having garage access too. The neighborhood is peaceful and located close to the village. Ursula was a fabulous host. She was easy to reach and super responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

Lovely Home!

We checked in later in the evening and had no trouble at all. The pool was perfect for the family and the house had plenty of space for everyone. Ursula was incredibly responsive and kept in touch during our stay.

Perfect getaway house
