THE SPACE
Make yourself at home in this bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, thoughtfully designed for families, friends, business travelers, and extended stays. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a dedicated study desk for remote work, and a private ensuite bathroom, providing the perfect balance of comfort and privacy. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed with cozy bedding, making it an inviting space for additional guests.

The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside onto the spacious private L-shaped balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the fresh air, or take in the surrounding views.

Before guests arrive, the home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay, so book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

- STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO SMOKING/WEED/DRUGS

- You will NOT share any amenities in the apartment with anyone. The entire place will be reserved for you.
- You will receive a Welcome guide link a few days before your check-in. (copy & paste the link in a browser, if it is not clickable).
- The guest manual has important information about your stay such as parking, check in information, wi-fi, house rules, etc.

We are just a message away for anything guests need during their stay.

By booking, you agree to all the following house rules on the listing:

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM onwards
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

1) NO smoking or Vaping in the condo / condo building, violating this rule will result in a $500 fee to de-smoke the condo.

2) No food or drinks in the bedroom. Any stained beddings or damaged items will be charged at retail costs through the booking portal as part of the process.

3) For longer reservations, (typically 5 nights and longer) it is recommended to wash the beddings and towels to maintain hygiene and keep beddings and towels stain-free.

4) We provide the basic supplies you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, etc.) but further supplies once initial reserve is consumed (especially for long-stay bookings), guests need to be purchased on your own.

5) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am.

**Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs**: If you`d like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $30 via booking platform so that we can authorize this for you.
Note: Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability.

6) We ONLY allow non-shedding pets. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per pet is: 1-6 nights: $125; 7-29 nights: $200; 30+ nights: $300.

- Guests get their own dog bed & bowls.
- Any pet feces inside/outside should be picked up immediately and disposed of responsibly.
- Strictly no pets on any furniture. If pet hairs/shedding found on bedding, it will be discarded for hygiene reasons and guests will be charged retail cost of the bedding
- Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.

7) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than the number of guests mentioned in the reservation (max occupancy 4 people) should be at the property at any time. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $75/guest/night.

8) Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to an optimal level during the quiet hours. No loud music anytime.

9) No shoes in the condo. Please take them off at the front.

10) Please leave everything as it was upon arrival. Do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

11) Do not wash hair down the drain.

12) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

13) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.

*For stays longer than 14 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 30-45 minutes. We will provide 24 hours` notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency when the maintenance team needs to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay.
