LOVINGLY FURNISHED 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH SOUTH-FACING TERRACE
Welcome to Apartment No. 21 at Strandstraße 16! Located on the first floor in the third row of this beautiful apartment complex is this lovingly furnished 3-room vacation apartment. The apartment offers 55 square meters of space for 2 to 3 people. You’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

The lovingly furnished living area features a cozy seating area and a 31-inch smart TV. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open, country-style kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a microwave with a grill function at a comfortable standing height, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, an electric kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you step out onto the furnished terrace, which faces south. It enjoys sunlight from mid-morning until early evening. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a lovely day by the sea. Thanks to an awning, you can protect yourself from intense sunlight.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) invites you to get a good night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Another smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, a mirror, and a luggage rack. For privacy and to block out light, the bedrooms have roller shades and curtains on the windows.

The tiled, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A towel warmer ensures your towels stay cozy and warm. A hair dryer, a dresser, and ample storage space for your bathroom essentials round out the bathroom furnishings.


SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that this is a non-smoking property and smoking is permitted exclusively outdoors. Pets are not allowed. 

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels can be booked through us for an additional fee. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in your apartment before your arrival. 

As an additional service, free Wi-Fi is available; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the common areas for a fee, as well as ample storage space for bicycles.

You can park your car in the underground parking garage. Your spot is No. 21. The parking spaces are double-decker (two cars stacked on top of each other). Please ensure that your car is no taller than 1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
