This 1920s apartment in the Eureka Movie theater building was perfect in some ways and horrible in others.Upon arriving, the combination lock is finicky. I think its because the code is too long. Luckily there is a real estate box with keys next to it. We were able to call and get access to the keys easily enough. They replaced the batteries in the code box but it would always take several attempts for it to work. The apartment space is great! So many rooms with an awesome amount of space. The sun porch and sun room are awesome. The living room is very comfortable with its conversation and game playing areas. The three bedrooms are comfy. Each bed a little different comfort level. We liked the master bedroom. The kitchen was functional however there is nothing in the fridge / no useful vaca accoutrements. They should provide basics like Olive Oil, ketchup and mustard, and a mixed spice for fish and a mixed spice for chicken/beef, alum foil and baggies. There was salt/pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. The biggest main problem was that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday there were huge noisy events in the theater side. On Friday the windows rattled. Saturday, we slept in a different room. By Sunday we were considering renting in a hotel away from the building. This should have been disclosed upfront. We thought there might be movies... not "rave" dance /concert events until the wee hours of AM.The rest of the week days were comfy and lovely!
