Off street parking. Quiet. Prime location, Near Henderson Center. Centrally located in Humboldt County. Nice backyard with deck off primary bedroom and kitchen. All the kitchen essentials and more. VERY comfortable K bed in Primary and nice bedding. Washer and dryer in unit. Animal friendly with reasonable house rules and pet fee.

Wow! This home is amazingly clean and well kept. We were all impressed. Everything was as advertised and, for a change, the photos don’t do this one justice! Located in a quiet neighborhood, this was perfect for our group of seven!

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. It works perfectly for my family of 4 and my parents. We love the back yard area for games and relaxing. We love the central location for small trips to Ferndale, Trinidad, Arcata for the Humboldt Crabs games, the Sequoia Zoo and heading downtown for the Friday Night Market.

Wonderful stay

The house is exactly as pictured. It's super clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well stocked too. One of the nicest we've stayed in! We went to Eureka to visit friends who live in the area. The kids were able to play in the large, very private fenced backyard. It was great for the dogs too. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to grocery shopping, the zoo and downtown to be convenient. We had a great visit!

Super Spruce Cottage

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Spruce Cottage. It was probably one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked and close to everything in Eureka. The check in process was very easy and the host was a great communicator. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy and the backyard was great for kids to play in. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Convient and Easy

The property was easy to find and had its own little driveway to park the car. House was very clean and backyard was nice to sit in and clean. No issues or complaints at all.

Wonderful stay

This was one of the best vacation rental we’ve stayed at. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the things we wanted to see. The host was quick to respond and was very gracious. We would definitely rent again if we visit this area in the future.

Beautiful and Cozy Cottage!

Our family had a great time staying in this cottage. Zanobi has thought through everything and the cottage is very well stocked! She even had some toys for kiddos! It was very easy to reach to Zanobi and she was very quick to response. We would definitely love to stay here again when we are in the area again!

Nicely remodeled cottage

This is a comfortable and nicely appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. There are thoughtful touches like a fan, extra bedding and towels and a well appointed kitchen with basic condiments in the fridge. We will definitely return on future visits.

We loved our stay here!! This home has everything you need. There were plenty of sitting areas and comfortable beds! The backyard is fully fenced and private . The dogs and our family really enjoyed it. We will be rebooking.
