Haus Germania stands out thanks to its prime location. The “Brandenburger Strand” beach access is less than 3 minutes away, and Friedrichstrasse—with all its shopping options, restaurants, and cafés—is just a short walk away.

However, Beachbox No. 23 is not only an ideal vacation home because of its location—it also impresses with its practical amenities and attention to detail.
The bright, cozy living room is furnished with a high-quality sleeper sofa, a reading chair, and an attractive dining area.
The apartment also features a TV, Apple TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi at 50 Mbit/s (subject to availability).
From the living room, you have direct access to the quiet balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, which is especially inviting during the summer months. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, and various kitchen accessories.
The bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), can be separated from the living area by a satin-finished sliding glass door. The bedroom is furnished with an open-fronted wardrobe and a linen chest.
All windows are fitted with pleated sun shades. Additionally, blackout curtains are installed in the bedroom to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment is equipped with summer and winter comforters as well as various pillows for optimal sleeping comfort.
The bathroom is also very bright and equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and a bathroom scale.
You enter the apartment through a small hallway, which features a coat closet for additional storage space.
On the basement level of the building, there is a laundry room with a Miele coin-operated washer and dryer. You also have the option to store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room on the basement level. The free parking space (No. 6) assigned to the apartment is located in the courtyard.
