This well-maintained, 2-room, non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor stands out for its central location, high-quality amenities, and a sunny south-facing balcony. With approximately 48 m², it offers comfortable space for up to two people. The entryway, complete with a coat rack, leads into the hallway, which is equipped with practical built-in closets. From there, you can access the bright living room with access to the balcony, the modern kitchenette, the small bedroom, and the shower room with a toilet.
The living area features high-quality solid wood flooring and includes a cozy two-seater sleeper sofa (sleeping area approx. 1.50 m x 2.00 m), an armchair, a versatile side table with a removable tray (which can also be used as a stool), a dining area, satellite TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. The open kitchenette offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (approx. 1.40 m x 1.90 m). Here, too, the hardwood floor creates a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink, and is functionally and tastefully furnished.
The furnished south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing in the sun. Cushions for up to three people are provided and can be found either on the balcony or in the small storage room accessible from the balcony. An outdoor parking space can be booked upon request for 14.00 € per day—please note that only a limited number of spaces are available.
