It is comfortably furnished and features a spacious air-conditioned living/dining area with an open fireplace, a pull-out couch (160 x 190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the covered outdoor dining terrace. Additionally, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom with a bathtub.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

The estate includes a vegetable garden where, depending on the season, you may help yourself to fresh produce. Furthermore, 4 bicycles are at your disposal free of charge.
