On the entrance floor you have the living room, with fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, a guest toilet and the covered terrace, also with a dining table for 6 people. There is a sun terrace  and a garden with sea view and sun loungers , as well as  a gas BBQ. On the 1st floor you will find a bedroom with bathroom and double bed, the 2nd bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet. There is also a sun terrace. From the private domain, which is surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, you have both beautiful sea and mountain views. There are 2 pools with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, 3 tennis courts, and a Jeu de Boules terrain. A wonderful domain, with the centre of Roquebrune sur Argens at 5 km, and the sea at 9 km, to enjoy your family holiday in the Cote d’Azur.
In the low season the house can be rented with a minimum of 4 days.

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
