A beautiful, light-filled vacation apartment on the Baltic Sea coast. The 67-square-meter vacation apartment is located in Villa "Annette." The "White Villas in Spa Style" vacation complex is situated 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The bright and sunny apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (a roll-away bed), a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a parking space. The living room opens directly onto the spacious balcony. Amenities include a DVD player, radio, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes and pots. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating; all windows have exterior blinds. A crib and high chair are also available, as well as balcony furniture. Guests can securely store their own or rented bicycles in the bike storage room.
The Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is an idyllic vacation destination. This state-recognized seaside resort is one of the most beautiful in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is located in the Rostock district between Warnemünde and Heiligendamm. Restaurants and shopping options are available on-site.

Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-kilometer-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.
