This modern and cozy 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, and from the balcony you have a wonderful view of the “Gespensterwald.” The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher.
The couch in the living room converts into a sleeping area for two people, making this apartment ideal for two couples or a family with two older children. The highlight is its proximity to the beach. You can easily walk to the sea and relax there. Free Wi-Fi has been available since April 2023. The apartment was completely renovated in February 2023.
The apartment complex was completed in 2005 and is located in the center of the Baltic Sea resort, right next to the “Gespensterwald” (Ghost Forest), 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. In the immediate vicinity, our guests will find small shops for groceries, bakeries, and restaurants. Services such as a hair salon and bike rentals are also available on-site.

Bed linens & towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 toward Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
