Schmidt's Koje is a 3-room apartment on the first floor of a new complex in Börgerende, just 200 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has two bedrooms; one bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses) and the other with a bunk bed, where the lower bed is 140m wide and can accommodate two guests if necessary, while the upper bed is for one person. There are televisions in every room. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a stove with an induction cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a combination oven with a convection function. The balcony measures 11 m² and offers a beautiful view of the Conventer Lowlands. The entire apartment is tiled and features underfloor heating; the living room also has a wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a washing machine is available in the utility room.<br>From the apartment, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the floodplains of the Conventer Niederung, a nature reserve featuring a small lake. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find charming little cafes, restaurants, and shopping options. In town, there’s a beach chair rental service and several bike rental shops. This beautiful 3-room apartment is in a very quiet location with a view of the Conventer Niederung and is just 200 meters from the beach. In Börgerende, a former small fishing village between Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen, situated directly on the Baltic Sea, tourism is still conducted in an eco-friendly and nature-oriented way. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation. For variety and excitement, visit nearby towns such as Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn. Bad Doberan has much to offer in terms of culture and wellness. From here, a short trip on the nostalgic “Molli” steam train is also highly recommended.
