This exclusive, bright, and cozy 4-room non-smoking apartment is located in the “Syltrose” building in Westerland, about 500 meters from Friedrichstraße.

The apartment spans two levels and features a lovely garden area that invites you to relax. Enjoy the morning sun or start your day with a swim in the newly renovated pool.

On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a cozy sitting and dining area (in the bay window), an open, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room/restroom, and a southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair (April–October). In the basement, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a French double bed—as well as a full bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, and dryer.

The apartment comes with its own parking space.

The building’s swimming pool and sauna (coin-operated) are, of course, available for your use; the swimming pool was extensively modernized in 2025 and now features a new, inviting design.
