Welcome to Apartment 17! This 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 65 square meters, awaits you on the top floor of the “Königin Augusta” dune residence, which is easily accessible by elevator. Among the special highlights of your modern and tastefully furnished vacation home—in addition to its prime location and proximity to the beach—are, above all, the spacious 18-square-meter balcony facing the sunny south and the wood-burning stove for romantic evenings.


The combined living/dining area, with its clever layout, is the heart of your apartment. Make yourself comfortable on the cozy leather couch or in the recliner and enjoy relaxing moments with your loved ones in front of the fireplace or the large-screen OLED TV with internet access. You’ll also find a video/DVD player and a stereo system with a CD player and USB port here. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available. Books and board games ensure that you’ll never get bored, even when the weather isn’t so nice.


Breakfast or dinner outside on the balcony? No problem—the perfect seating, along with a large table, a parasol, and even your very own luxury beach chair to snuggle into, are waiting for you! You’ll enjoy the sun from noon well into the evening.


In the kitchenette—harmoniously integrated into the living area behind a small bar counter—you’ll find everything you need to cook to your heart’s content, unless you’re out dining at one of the island’s highly recommended restaurants. Apartment 17 is ideal for 1 to 4 people. In the interest of future guests and especially out of consideration for those with allergies, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted. Firewood can be purchased at local retailers.


A parking space is reserved free of charge for your car in the building’s underground garage. In the basement of the “Königin Augusta” Dune Residence, a sauna and a washing machine are also available for shared use by all guests for a small fee.
