Welcome to our charming vacation rental! We are a young local couple with our son Raphael, and we invite you to our quiet and sunny vacation rental to enjoy a relaxing vacation. In winter, a breathtaking ski resort awaits you right outside your front door—one that will delight both beginners and advanced skiers alike. After an exciting day on the slopes, you can unwind in our cozy apartment and soak up the sun on the terrace. For hiking enthusiasts and cyclists, summer tours in the Bavarian Forest are a perfect choice. Our eight-thousanders (Rachel, Großer Arber...) have something for everyone. Just a short walk away (about 5 minutes), you’ll find easy access to local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Location: About 10 minutes by car to the Großer Arber ski area and the Zelezna Ruda (Cz) ski area. About a 5-minute walk to the ski bus stop. About a 2-minute walk to the Bayerwaldloipe cross-country ski trail in Bayerisch Eisenstein. Additional Information: Pets allowed (prior inquiry required). Ski storage/bike garage available. We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable stay! The vacation rental can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. During Bavarian school holidays, a minimum of 3 nights is required. (Winter, Easter, Pentecost, summer, fall, and Christmas holidays) A pull-out sofa bed for a third person is available. The built-in kitchen is fully functional and equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and glasses. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and two radios are available for use. In addition to free satellite TV, various apps can be accessed on the Smart TV. Wi-Fi provides excellent reception throughout the entire apartment and on the terrace. The south-facing sun terrace offers comfortable seating with a beautiful view of the town center and the church. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the garage. A heated closet is available for ski boots. Hygiene and household items such as tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, etc., are not provided and must be brought by the guests. Payment is made on-site in cash. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are picked up from a key box (the PIN will be provided prior to arrival). One pet is allowed for a fee of 10.00 EUR per night. The current visitor’s tax for the municipality of Bayerisch Eisenstein is included in the total price.
