This approximately 70 m² 3-room apartment on the first floor of Villa Louise features tasteful furnishings, plenty of space, and a harmonious color scheme. The beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, two comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms make the apartment the ideal vacation home for families or up to four people.


Living [&] Sleeping

The spacious living and dining area is flooded with light through a large window front and offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The cozy sofa area invites you to relax after an eventful day of vacation. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.



The master bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm, full-length mattress), a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the sunny southwest-facing balcony. The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds (90 × 200 cm each) and also has a flat-screen TV.



For families with small children, a travel crib (for children up to 3 years old) can be added for a fee.



To ensure you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute, the beds will already be made upon your arrival. A shower towel and a small hand towel will also be provided for you.


Kitchen

The modern, open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with baking function, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.


Comfort with Two Bathrooms

A special feature of this apartment is its two high-quality bathrooms. The first bathroom features a modern glass-enclosed shower, while the second has a bathtub—ideal for a relaxing soak after an eventful day. Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and a hair dryer and offer added comfort, especially when staying with several people.

With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area for free — ideal for simply leaving your car behind. A special highlight: From April through October, the hop-on-hop-off boat connects the piers between Bansin and Świnoujście (Poland) and can also be used free of charge.
