Casa Lucia, situated on a hill in the Monte Pego neighborhood, 8 km from the sea, is a 6-bedroom, 300 m² villa spread over two levels.
It was beautifully renovated in 2023 and can accommodate up to 10 people.

an open kitchen (5-burner stovetop, oven), dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee maker.

The property is for exclusive use; it features a terraced garden with plants and flowers, and a pool (rectangular, 10 x 5 m, depth 120–210 cm; seasonal availability: Jan. 1–Dec. 31), accessible via a staircase. A shower and restroom are available by the pool.
The grill invites you to wind down in the evening with a beautiful panoramic view.

Pets are not allowed.

Casa Lucia is not rented to youth groups.

A security deposit of €300 is due upon arrival.
The flat fee for final cleaning and bed linens is also paid on site.
Gas, electricity, and water are included in the rental price as a flat rate; in the event of excessive consumption, the landlord reserves the right to charge additional fees.
