Other Things to Note:

As with most rentals in Summit County, this condo does not have air conditioning. Please feel free to open the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain breeze, if needed!



The large back deck is a shared common area.



The building HOA does not allow pets at the property.



Please note that there are cameras on the exterior of the unit for security purposes.
