Welcome to the “Silbermöwe” vacation rental, a bright and modern 74 m² vacation home that’s perfectly suited for 2 adults and two children. Located on the first floor of an apartment building on the Usedom Lagoon coast, this apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.


The heart of the apartment is the living/dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, a microwave, a convection oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A cozy dining area with four chairs and a comfortable corner sofa invite you to relax. A 50-inch TV and an internet radio are available for your entertainment. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area (140 x 200 cm) if needed.


The bedroom is furnished with a spacious 180 x 200 cm double bed, nightstands, a roomy closet, and another TV. A crib and a high chair are available free of charge for the youngest guests.


The bathroom features a modern design with a walk-in shower, toilet, a sink with mirror, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.


The large west-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair and seating area, along with the adjoining garden, offers plenty of space to relax outdoors.


On the 3rd floor of the building, there is a sauna area available to all guests. It features three different saunas, several showers, restroom facilities, and a relaxation room with loungers. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding area and the lagoon from the rooftop terrace. In the basement of the neighboring building, you’ll find a communal area with table tennis, air hockey, foosball, billiards, a small fitness room, and a play area for children. Use of the saunas and the recreational area is included in the price.


The apartment comes with its own parking space, and there are two spots for bicycles and e-bikes in a separate storage room.
