The vacation rental has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor); the larger bathroom features a bathtub, a spacious shower, a double sink, and a toilet. The bathroom on the second floor has a shower, sink, and toilet. The three bedrooms can accommodate 2–9 people. Bedroom 1: one double bed; Bedroom 2: one double bed and one single bed; Bedroom 3: one double bed and one bunk bed. The utility room features a changing table, washing machine, drying rack, and a cabinet with cleaning supplies. The bright, open living area features a spacious island kitchen, a dining area with a corner bench seating 9 people, and a living room/galley with a large couch, internet TV, and a children’s play area. The apartment also has electronic exterior blinds and a Finnish sauna for 3–4 people. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Keys are picked up independently via a key safe. Pets are allowed upon request. The fee is 30 euros per stay per pet. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Any applicable fees (hair salon, washing machine, etc.) are not included. The base price includes: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.
