Apartments 2 and 3 are located right next to each other on the first floor of the historic Villa Ruscha. They feature a large terrace facing the lake and offer a view of the garden.

The two 2-room apartments, featuring comfortable vinyl flooring, accommodate two people and each offer the option of an extra bed (sofa bed) for an additional guest.
One well-behaved dog is welcome in each of these apartments.
Thanks to the large terrace windows facing the lake with a view of the garden, both apartments are bright and inviting. The bedroom and the combined living and dining area with kitchenette offer plenty of space.
The vacation apartments are at ground level and accessible without stairs.

The beach is just a short walk away via 5 steps in the garden, as is the Binz promenade.
The town center, with its pier, shopping street, and restaurants, is just a few steps away.

The 45 m² two-room apartment, featuring pleasant vinyl flooring, accommodates two people and offers the option of an extra bed (sofa bed, 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for an additional guest. 
Thanks to the large terrace windows facing the lake with garden views, the 45-square-meter apartment is bright and inviting. The bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the combined living and dining area with kitchenette offer plenty of space. The bathroom has been completely renovated.
The apartment is at ground level and accessible without any steps. The beach and the vacation rental are separated only by 5 steps and the Binz beach promenade.

Villa Ruscha is one of the most impressive historic buildings in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The house underwent a complete renovation in 1999 and a partial renovation in 2022, both carried out under strict historic preservation guidelines.
Villa Ruscha features a total of 13 lovingly furnished vacation apartments. Its exceptional location right on the beautiful Binz beach makes it a dream destination—regardless of the season—for avid swimmers, sunbathers, hikers, joggers, and those seeking peace and quiet alike. 
In the ground-floor apartments, one well-behaved dog per apartment is permitted for a fee of 15 EUR per day.
The Baltic Sea resort of Binz charges a visitor’s tax of 3.40 per day per person aged 3 and older year-round. The day of arrival and the day of departure are each counted as one day of stay. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
