There are also two bedrooms, a hallway with a spacious built-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes a garage that can be used for a car, bicycles, etc.<br>The apartment underwent extensive renovations in 2022; everything has been redone and furnished to a high standard. The beds are new and of very good quality.<br>The fans work very well, and thanks to the many windows, you can create a breeze, making the apartment comfortable even in the summer.<br>The apartment is located in a prime location in Nice, in Parc Louisa. This is a gated area comprising three streets, accessible only to residents. This makes it very quiet and safe.<br>It is a very attractive residential neighborhood. At the same time, the Port of Nice and the beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping can also be done on foot; there are bakeries, a supermarket, fruit and vegetable shops, a fish market, a cheese shop, several excellent delis, and a variety of lovely restaurants all within walking distance.<br>The Old Town of Nice and the Promenade des Anglais are a 15-minute walk away. The walk takes you past the harbor, which is very pleasant.<br>The other owners live in their apartments year-round; it’s a very quiet building, so parties are not allowed—guests are asked to use the apartment in a quiet and considerate manner.<br>The beaches near the building and along the Promenade des Anglais are pebble beaches.
