Discover our lovingly renovated vacation home, which was a barn until early 2020. Here, exclusive living comfort and a stylish ambiance blend with the rural idyll of the Ammerland region. Not far from the Zwischenahner Meer, this special accommodation offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and country life.

The Accommodation
The vacation apartment has been transformed from a former stable building into an exclusive vacation retreat and impresses with its thoughtful design and high-quality furnishings. With a spacious 100 m² of living area, it now offers even more space and flexibility for families or couples traveling together.

The upper level features a sleeping area with a large double bed as well as an additional, open sleeping area for children. A new addition is a completely separate bedroom with a double bed, so that up to four adults can now be comfortably accommodated. Accommodation for up to two additional children is available upon request.

On the lower level, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area with a couch and two armchairs, ideal for evenings spent together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub for moments of relaxation.
The private terrace with garden furniture invites you to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Ammerland region.

Smoking, parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted in the accommodation.

Guest Access
As our guests, you have access to the entire vacation rental, including the private terrace. Additionally, depending on the season, you are welcome to visit our greenhouse and help yourself to fresh vegetables if you’d like. A special highlight, especially for nature lovers and children.

We guarantee you a worry-free stay with no hidden costs. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, an LED TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
