Downtown Cincinnati is approximately 20 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy concerts, dining, sporting events, and entertainment. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, business trip, family visit, concert, or extended stay, Clough & Pine is a convenient home base for your Cincinnati experience.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathroom, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, game room, fenced backyard, and patio. The property is exclusively yours during your stay, with no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.

A small number of locked owner and storage areas are reserved for housekeeping supplies and are not accessible to guests.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home. We won`t be onsite, but we are always a message away if you need assistance. The best way to contact us is through your booking platform’s messaging system, which allows us to respond quickly and keeps stay-related communication in one convenient place.

HOUSE RULES | CLOUGH & PINE

We want you to relax and enjoy your stay. Please help us care for the home and respect our neighbors.

Occupancy: Maximum of 4 registered overnight guests. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. Day visitors require prior approval.

No parties or events: No parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the approved guest count.

No smoking: No smoking or vaping of any substance, including tobacco and marijuana, anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

No pets: No pets. Service animals are welcome.

Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Keep outdoor voices and music low at all times, especially when using the hot tub, deck, and fire pit.

Check-in and checkout: Check-in is 4:00 p.m., and checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout require prior approval.

Hot tub: Use at your own risk and follow the posted instructions. Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass, food, smoking, or added products in the water. Shower before entering, and replace and secure the cover after use. Do not adjust equipment or chemical settings.

Fire pit: Use only in the designated location and follow the provided instructions. Never leave a fire unattended, move the fire pit, or burn trash. Do not use during burn restrictions or windy conditions. Fully extinguish the fire after use.

Grill: Never leave it unattended while in use. Turn off the burners and gas supply after cooking, and allow it to cool before replacing the cover.

Game room: Use the equipment as intended. No sitting or standing on game tables, and keep food and drinks off playing surfaces.

Parking: Park in the driveway. Do not park on the lawn or block neighboring driveways.

Furniture and devices: Do not move indoor furniture outside, rearrange heavy furniture, or disconnect Wi-Fi, safety devices, or exterior cameras. Exterior cameras are mounted on the outside of the home and do not view any indoor spaces or the fenced backyard, including the hot tub.

Damage: Report damage, spills, or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them.

Before you leave: Place used towels in the bathtub, put bagged trash in the outside trash can, and leave the home reasonably tidy.

Violations of these rules may result in additional fees or early termination of your stay without a refund.
