The main entrance access is located on Edwards Drive, while the main parking lot entrance is on Edwards Drive and Lee Street. The rear garage entrance is located First Street right before Bay Street.

It overlooks the Caloosahatchee River and has quick access to US-41, I-75, MLK Jr Blvd, as well as Public Bus Transportation. While we do our best to ensure all listed amenities are available, please note that certain community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and other common areas may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for temporary closures or restricted access to these shared spaces.

Luxe Living House Rules & Departure Memo
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below during your stay:

A valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) is required after booking for guest verification.
No pets allowed – a $500 penalty fee will apply if violated.
Maximum of 4 guests to stay in the unit.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
No commercial photography or video production allowed.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside and outside the unit. This property is smoke-free and drug-free property. Smoking of any kind including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, marijuana, and any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside apartments, in common areas, hallways, emergency exits, stairwells and terraces/balconies.
Self check-in is available via keypad entry after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp.

🧼 Before You Leave
We appreciate your help in keeping the space beautiful for future guests. Before check-out, please:

Gather used towels and place them on the bathroom floor
Throw away all trash in the designated trash compactors
Turn off all lights, appliances, and TVs
Wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start cycle
Place key fob on wall key holder (Key fob penalty fee $125 if not returned)
Ensure the entry door is fully closed and locked
