This 120-square-meter apartment occupies the first floor of a renovated Basque-style villa and will charm you with its prime and highly sought-after location in the center of the village of Moulleau. Shops, bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops are less than a 3-minute walk away, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet.

Its 500 m² garden is shared with the owner, who lives on the upper floor of the separate house.

It is located 150 meters from the beach and is wheelchair accessible. The Moulleau boat landing allows you to explore the bay.

The local bus (1 euro per day) passes by the house every 20 minutes.
This rental is perfect for a family. It is not suitable for pets or smokers.

- Hourly trains from Bordeaux to Arcachon, followed by a local bus that stops on request right outside the door,
- Bike paths within 50 meters, and a bike rental shop in the center of Le Moulleau

Rental Terms:
* Weekly rentals from June 4 to July 9 and from September 3 to October 1
* Minimum two-week rentals from July 9 to August 6
* Rentals run from Saturday at 4:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM.
* Discounted rates for stays of 3 or more consecutive weeks.
* No rentals on weekends or short weeks
* Utilities in addition to rent: €50 per person per week (water, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning)
